SGM2588是一款單通道配電開關，能夠在2.5V至5.5V的寬電源電壓范圍內工作，并通過EN引腳進行控制。它適用于USB配電應用。
該器件集成了一個100mΩ的低電阻N-MOSFET。由于其小尺寸和低靜態電流，SGM2588非常適合用于空間受限的電池供電設備。
SGM2588提供了多種保護功能，包括軟啟動、電流限制和熱關斷。當芯片溫度超過+150℃時，熱關斷功能會關閉輸出MOSFET并觸發nFAULT輸出。輸出MOSFET將保持關閉狀態，直到芯片溫度降至+130℃。在13ms的消隱時間后，nFAULT引腳在故障條件下會被拉低，以防止誤報。
SGM2588采用綠色SOT-23-5封裝，其工作溫度范圍為-40℃至+85℃。
