SGM803B、SGM809B 和 SGM810B 是集成微處理器的監控器件，能夠在上電、斷電或電壓降低至欠壓狀態時進行復位。這些器件可以在 VCC 降至 1V 時，維持復位輸出的功能。在電源接通的情況下，內部定時器會保持 240ms 的復位斷言時間，確保微處理器在條件穩定之前保持復位狀態。
