SGM803B、SGM809B 和 SGM810B 是集成微處理器的監控器件，可在上電、斷電甚至電壓降低欠壓條件下復位。當 VCC 低至 1V 時，復位輸出仍可工作。在通電狀態下，內部定時器保持 240ms 復位斷言，使微處理器保持復位狀態，直到條件穩定。
