SGM829 系列可監控 1.8V 至 5V 的系統電壓。當 VDD 電壓低于預設閾值（VIT）或手動復位（nMR）引腳被驅動為低電平時，開漏 nRESET 輸出將有效。當 VDD 電壓和 nMR 電壓恢復到各自的閾值以上后，nRESET 輸出將在用戶可調的延遲時間內保持低電平。
SGM829 采用精密基準電壓源，閾值精度可達 1%。固定復位超時時間可通過將 SRT 引腳保持開路設置為 0.29ms。可編程復位超時時間可通過連接到 SRT 引腳的外部電容設置為 1.25ms 至 10s。低靜態電流使 SGM829 非常適合電池供電應用。
SGM829 采用綠色環保的 SOT-23-5 封裝。
