SGM37895是一款雙路LED閃光燈驅動器,其內部集成了兩個由I2C設置的電流源(可設置的閃光燈驅動電流為750mA/1000mA,默認值750mA)。

因為采用線性閃光驅動結構而無需電感,同時其輸出允許LED負極接地,所以可實現緊湊的PCB布局并具有極低的EMI和良好的散熱特性。

閃光期間SGM37895可通過I2C指令降低任一通道驅動電流,共有四個級別:100%/80%/64%/51%。
為防LED閃光燈過熱,當閃光燈驅動電流連續輸出超過575ms后,閃光燈超時保護計時器會強制關閉輸出。而閃光期間若溫度超過168或電源電壓低于設定的閾值電壓(通過I2C設置,默認值3.4V),芯片會自動按比例(100%/66%/33%/0%)降低閃光燈驅動電流。

在手電筒模式下,其電流為閃光燈驅動電流的10%。當設置為100%額定電流時,具有緩慢開啟功能,而設置為80%/64%/51%時則正常啟動。

SGM37895的16進制I2C地址為0xA7(讀)/0xA6(寫)。SGM37895采用TDFN-3×3-10L以及UTQFN-2.6×1.8-10AL綠色封裝,工作溫度范圍為-40至+85。為增強散熱性能建議盡可能增加VIN, LED1與LED2引腳覆銅的面積。
